Our organization includes a Chapter 766 Developmental Day School, Early Intervention Program, Early Childhood Program, Private Therapies, Regional Consultation Program, and Toddler Playgroups.

Our Early Intervention Program is looking for a caring and dedicated Bilingual Developmental Specialist, fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. This full-time position is part of our multi-disciplinary team providing support services to families and their children ages birth to three with developmental delays or risk factors for delays. Services are provided throughout Andover, North Andover, Methuen, and Lawrence through a well-developed tele-health model along with in-person visits.  The Bilingual Developmental Specialist will bring their expertise and knowledge to our impactful work with children and families while working collaboratively with our Early Intervention team.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Master's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and family systems
  • 3+ years of experience working with special needs children ages birth to 3, experience working in a home-based setting preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • DPH Certified Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS) is a plus
  • Bilingual; fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
